Bodega Harbour Yacht Club Facility Fees (Including Set up and Clean up) :
Monday- Thursday up to 5:00 P.M. $1,000.00
Monday- Thursday after 5:00 P.M. $1,500.00
*Friday, Saturday and Sunday $2,500.00
(minimum of $5000 in food and beverages for Saturday events)
Additionally, you may find that your group would be interested in a lunchtime reception. We can offer you the private use of our Dining Room for a minimal fee of $250, plus food and beverage costs. Maximum Occupancy: 50 guests. ($500 minimum for private events)
You may also be interested in having a group gathering poolside. The cost for this area is $500 plus food and beverage costs. The maximum occupancy for this area is 80 people. ($1000 minimum for private events)
Tables/Chairs: The Bodega Harbour Yacht Club provides tables, chairs, glassware, silverware and china for each event. Basic White or Ivory Linens are provided by Bodega Harbour.
Holding Deposit: In order to reserve The Bodega Harbour Yacht Club, a $500 deposit is due at the time of booking.

Beach Ceremony Fee: $1,000.00 Includes 50 chairs, an arbor, set-up and tear down.
Yacht Club Ceremony Fee: $500.00 Includes 50 chairs, set-up and tear down.
Golf Course Ceremony Fee: $1,000.00 Includes 50 chiars, set-up and tear down.
(additional chairs can be rented for $5 per chair plus delivery fee of $150. Most often, guests do not mind standing if your ceremony is shorter than 20 minutes)
Rental Times: The Bodega Harbour Yacht Club does not have set time slots. Event times are based on prior events booked. When renting our facility, the fee covers a 5-hour party time, not to exceed 11:00 p.m. The facility is guaranteed 2 hours prior to your event for set-up. Additional hours are charged at $250 per hour. We only hold one event per day at our facility.
Insurance: The Bodega Harbour Yacht Club requires each event to provide a certificate of insurance for personal liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000. Bodega Harbour Homeowners Association must be named as additional insured.
Food and Beverage: The Bluewater Bistro is the exclusive caterer of this venue. No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought in by the renter or another outside caterer. The only exceptions are wine and wedding cakes. Corkage (when you bring wine from outside our venue) is $20.00 per bottle and there is a $1.50 per person cake service fee . The bartender fee is $100 per bartender, provided by the Bluewater Bistro catering staff. Bar service is available in the form of a Cash Bar, Host Bar or Semi- Host bar.
